随着通讯业务飞速发展，人们对通讯网络的传输和交换能力不断提出要求，传统的接入方式已不能满足带宽的需求。从干网到小区、家庭间的最后一公里接入网阶段，铜线带宽只能达到1兆到2兆，但使用光纤，带宽可轻易达每秒100兆之多。光纤到户（FTTH）, 直接使用光纤，将通讯线路从局端直接接入用户家庭，在带宽方面具有无与伦比的优势，可实现多种业务的综合接入。作为宽带接入的最终解决方案，随着技术和市场条件日益成熟，FTTH将成为通信的未来。
With the rapid development of communication service, the people have an increasing demand on the communication transmission and exchange capacity. Traditional copper-based access solution will not comply with the request of high bandwidth any longer. In the last mile access, from the backbone network to the village or the home, the copper wire bandwidth only can reach 1M to 2M, but the optical fiber bandwidth may easily reach 100M. Fiber to the home (FTTH), using the optical fiber, directly connects the communication line from the LAN to the user. Due to its excellent advantage in bandwidth, FTTH network can support full communication services. With the development of technology and market, FTTH network is deemed to be the “access technology of the future”.

长飞（上海）公司推出的FTTH®系列光缆，包括室内光缆、下线光缆，均为国内首创，现已为该系列产品申请获得专利。
YOFC(SH) FTTH® series cable, including FTTH indoor cable and FTTH drop cable, are originally invented products in China. YOFC(SH) company has obtained the patent.

FTTH®系列光缆产品由光通信单元、加强件和外护套组成；其中，加强件设置在光通信单元两侧，外护套包在光通信单元和加强件外部。
a). 光通信单元有光纤、紧套纤、光纤带等形式，灵活可选，可根据实际应用需要，设置一根或平行数根；
b). 加强件有金属与非金属之分，既可在光通信单元两侧各设置一根，也可纵向再附加设置；
c). 外护套采用黑色或彩色低烟无卤材料，满足IEC332-3C标准。
FTTH® series cable consists of optical fiber unit, strength member and outer sheath, in which the strength members are placed at the two sides of the optical fiber unit and all of them are finally covered with the outer sheath.
a).The optical fiber unit shall be fiber, tight buffer fiber or fiber ribbon. One or above fiber count is available upon request.
b).The strength member shall be metallic or non-metallic. They are applied at the two sides of the optical fibers respectively, and another one or more might be added longitudinally,
c).The sheath is made of black or color LSZH material, which complies with standard IEC332-3C.
